Eligibility & Acceptance
General Terms
By accessing the jjjpk platform or using any of its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.
jjjpk reserves the right to amend or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as the member's acceptance of those changes.
Scope of Application
These terms apply equally to jjjpk's website, mobile version, and all services provided through the platform. These rules are in effect across casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and all other sections.

Account Registration
Registration Terms
Membership at jjjpk is completely free. Members must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in the account being closed at any time and any deposited funds being forfeited.
- Each individual may open only one account.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.
- It is the member's responsibility to keep their account information up to date at all times.
- The registered mobile number and email address must be verifiable.
Account Security
It is entirely the member's own responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. If any unauthorized access or suspicious activity is noticed, the jjjpk support team must be informed immediately.
Age Verification
Minimum Age Requirement
The jjjpk platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Opening an account or using the platform as a minor is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
Members may be asked to submit valid proof of identity for age verification at any time. Failure to provide proof or presenting false information will result in the account being suspended immediately.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit Terms
The approved payment methods for depositing funds at jjjpk are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.
- Only payment methods registered in the member's own name may be used.
- Deposits through a third party are prohibited.
- All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
Accepted Payment Methods
The following mobile banking methods are currently supported on the jjjpk platform:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service.
- Nagad — Digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
- Rocket — Mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
- Upay — Mobile financial service of United Commercial Bank.
Bonuses & Promotions
Welcome Bonus
A 200% bonus is available on the first deposit at jjjpk, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000, receive a ৳2,000 bonus, and your total balance becomes ৳3,000.
- Deposit ৳10,000, receive a ৳20,000 bonus, and your total balance becomes ৳30,000.
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only (not the combined total of the deposit and bonus).
Bonus Usage Rules
- Each member may claim the welcome bonus only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
- Bonus abuse or attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in the bonus being forfeited.
- The time limit for meeting wagering requirements will be stated in the terms of each bonus.
- Some games or bet types may contribute at different rates toward wagering calculations.
- jjjpk reserves the right to change bonus terms and conditions.
VIP Program
jjjpk's VIP program has three tiers. Each tier offers weekly cashback and exclusive benefits:
- Bronze — Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
- Silver — Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
- Gold — Up to 1.2% cashback per week.
VIP tier promotions are based on regular play and activity on the platform. Separate terms may apply for each cashback offer.
Fair Play Policy
Fair Play Guarantee
jjjpk is committed to ensuring fair play as a safe and reliable platform. The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality.
- Each game outcome is independent and does not depend on previous results.
- All transactions are secured by SSL encryption.
- Members' personal and financial information is stored securely.
- If any member gains an unfair advantage, their account may come under investigation.
Betting Policy
Odds offered in the sports betting section are determined using jjjpk's own pricing method. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet may be voided and the deposited amount refunded.
Prohibited Activities
Strictly Prohibited
Any of the following activities is a clear violation of jjjpk's rules and may result in the account being permanently closed and the balance being forfeited:
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
- Abusing the bonus system or attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent means.
- Hacking, sending viruses, or attempting to interfere with the platform's security.
- Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
- Playing using automated software or bots.
- Impersonating a jjjpk representative.
- Harassing or threatening other members on the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
Account Suspension
jjjpk may temporarily suspend an account for the following reasons:
- If identity verification is incomplete.
- If unusual transaction activity is detected.
- At the member's own request for responsible gaming purposes.
- During a security investigation.
Permanent Account Closure
An account will be permanently closed in the following cases:
- If evidence of a serious breach of terms and conditions is found.
- If fraudulent activity is confirmed.
- If evidence of providing false information about age is found.
- At the member's own request for permanent closure.
Balance After Account Closure
If an account is closed due to a violation of the terms and conditions, bonuses and any winnings earned from bonuses may be forfeited. However, the member's own deposited funds (excluding bonuses) are generally returned, unless they are linked to fraudulent activity. The amount and process of any refund will be determined based on the investigation.
